Global 24-Hour Service

Our normal business hours are 8:30 AM - 8:00PM Monday - Friday. Outside normal business hours, our clients have access to a 24-Hour Emergency Service. Professional travel agents with the complete access to your profiles and records to help when your stuck at O'Hare in a storm

It can be used to make new reservations, change existing itineraries, air or hotel reservations, prepaid tickets and handle other travel related services.

If highly unusual or extenuating circumstances should arise in the course of client travel, our 24-hour service provider can contact CTA management as necessary.
